1.Acalypha-indica (Muktabarshi):-sneezing,catarrh,thin watery discharge from eyes and nose,violen dry cough followed by bloody expectoration.Pure blood comes in morning and dark lumps of clotted blood in evening,violent cough in night and severe pain is felt in chest.
2. Azadirachta-indica (Nim):- very troublesome cough after bathing aj 1 p.m, sputa is white thick and in small lumps,expelled with much difficulty.
3. Abroma-augusta (Devil's cotton):- sneezing several times,watery discharge from nose,dryness of nose,the nostrils feel very dry with desire to rub,Cough worse in the evening and night.cough with purulent expectoration,has to hold chest while coughing,sinking feeling in chest.
4.Blatta-ortentalis (Indian cockrach):- it is an excellent remedy for Asthma;in acute cases it acts better in low potencies.Aggravation in rainy weather,asthma associated with bronchitis,cough dyspnoea,pus like mucous and threatened suffocation.
5.Blumea-odorata (Kukunder):- controls cough,hoarseness due to cough,trumpet like sound or barking sound associated with cough.
6.Brahmi:- indicated in whooping cough.
7.Justicia-adhatoda (Vasaka):- constrictive pain in lungs,tightness across the chest,whole body trembles while coughing with haemoptysis after severe dyspnoea and shortnes of breathing,expectoratim is yellowish,dry,rusty,patient gets worse while lying on left side,dry cough from sterna region.
8.Justicia-rubrum (Rakta vasaka):- highly effacious where justicia-adhatoda is used but failed and there is more bloody expectoration or vomiting of blood (as in Tuberculosis) it is great remedy in haemoptysis also.
9.Ocimum-sanctum (Tulsi):- catarrh associated with sneezing,white or yellow discharge from the nose,Nostrils ulcerated,epistaxis,chest pain while coughing,sneezing,can't he quiet in bed in asthma,pain in the middle of the sternum.
10.Solanum-xanthocarpum (Kanti kari):- excelent remedy in hoarseness with cough,bronchitis,pneumonia with loss of voice. A good remedy in asthma..
